Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Refund & No Return policy.



1. Digital Products 

All products sold on TulzCart are digital and downloadable in nature.
Once a purchase is completed and access to the product is provided, returns are not possible.

There are no physical goods, therefore:

  • No product return

  • No exchange

  • No replacement



2. Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Incompatibility with third-party software

  • Failure to read product description

  • Download issues caused by user device, browser, or internet



3. Exception (Technical Issue Only)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The purchased file is completely corrupted or unusable

  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team

Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof.

Approval of such requests is solely at TulzCart’s discretion.



4. Responsibility of the Buyer

Before making a purchase, users are advised to:

  • Read product descriptions carefully

  • Verify system/software compatibility

  • Review demo previews (if available)

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes raised without contacting our support may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Loss of access to purchased products
